Colleen is currently the primary caregiver for her 98 year old mom with significant memory loss, For more than 13 years she has experienced the senior transition journey starting with moving mom into her home, and recently transitioning her to a community staffed with professionals that specialize in memory loss and loss of independence. Having walked the walk, Colleen has developed a passion for helping seniors through their journey and desires to share her lessons learned with the families of other seniors regardless of their position in the transition journey. She is also a seasoned real estate professional in the South Carolina Lowcountry assisting seniors with their buying and selling real estate needs.
